Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. To exercise this right, please contact us by email at (your@email.com) before returning any item. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we have received the returned goods, we will process the refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. If items show signs of use or damage, we may deduct a reasonable amount for loss of value.
